Reboot Systems India Private Limited guarantees that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the 6-month warranty period following the date of purchase. Should the product fail to conform during this period, we or our authorised agent will repair or replace it with the same or a comparable product.

This limited warranty covers normal use only. It does not cover the following — please read carefully before sending a device for evaluation:
If you return an item that is found to be non-defective or ineligible under this warranty, Reboot may, at its sole discretion, ship the item back to you at your expense, or refund the purchase price less a 25% restocking charge.
Batteries are considered consumable items by their nature and do not have long operational lives. The actual backup duration depends heavily on your usage pattern — screen brightness, applications running, charging cycles, and ambient temperature all affect performance.

Our liability under this Limited Warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement as described above. We assume no risk of, and shall not be liable for, any special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to:
- Loss of goodwill, profits, or revenue
- Loss of use of the product or associated equipment
- Cost of substitute equipment, facilities, or services
- Downtime costs or claims of any third party
- Failure to maintain confidentiality of data stored on the product
Items attached to or added to the product after purchase will not be returned or reinstalled on a replacement.
This Limited Warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether oral or written, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Our employees and agents are not authorised to make modifications to this warranty. Additional statements, whether oral or written, do not constitute warranties and should not be relied upon by the purchaser.
Reboot Systems specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties. Reboot does not represent that it will be able to repair any product under this warranty without risk to or loss of programs or data.
Reboot Systems reserves the right to change its warranty policy at any time for all products distributed after the date of such change.
Back-to-bench means that if your device develops a hardware fault, you courier it to our service centre — we don't send a technician to your location. We evaluate, repair or replace, and ship it back to you. You bear the one-way courier cost to us; we cover the return shipment at no charge to you.

No. Any unauthorised repair attempt — by anyone other than Reboot or our authorised service agents — will void your warranty entirely. This includes opening the device, swapping internal components, or modifying hardware in any way, unless our technicians specifically instructed you to do so in writing.

We strongly recommend performing a factory reset and removing all personal accounts before dispatch. This also protects your privacy.
No. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. It is valid only within India and only for the duration of the original warranty period from the original purchase date.
No. The replacement unit is warranted through the end of the original warranty period, not for a new 6-month term. For example, if your original warranty had 3 months remaining when the replacement was issued, the replacement unit is covered for those same 3 remaining months.
