Reboot Systems India Private Limited guarantees that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the 6-month warranty period following the date of purchase. Should the product fail to conform during this period, we or our authorised agent will repair or replace it with the same or a comparable product.

If a product is no longer available, its replacement will meet or exceed the specifications of the original and may contain new, reconditioned, or re-manufactured parts. Replacement units are warranted through the end of the original warranty period.

This warranty is made to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. It is valid only within India.

This limited warranty covers normal use only. It does not cover the following — please read carefully before sending a device for evaluation:

Void warning: Swapping or modifying internal components will void your warranty entirely, unless our technicians specifically instructed you to do so. Unauthorised repair attempts — by anyone other than Reboot or its authorised agent — also void all warranty coverage.

If you return an item that is found to be non-defective or ineligible under this warranty, Reboot may, at its sole discretion, ship the item back to you at your expense, or refund the purchase price less a 25% restocking charge.

Batteries are not warranted. All refurbished laptops ship with a tested used battery. We guarantee a minimum backup of 45 minutes at the time of handover — battery backup is not guaranteed beyond this point, as it is a consumable item that degrades with use.

Batteries are considered consumable items by their nature and do not have long operational lives. The actual backup duration depends heavily on your usage pattern — screen brightness, applications running, charging cycles, and ambient temperature all affect performance.

Need better battery life?

New compatible batteries are available for purchase and typically provide around 2 hours of operating time on a full charge. Contact us at info@reboot.co.in to enquire.

Always call us before sending anything. Most issues — configuration errors, driver conflicts, software problems — are resolved remotely within minutes. A phone call could save you the trouble of a courier.

Contact our support team
Call +91-80009-35351 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM IST) or WhatsApp us. Have your invoice / order number ready. Our technicians will attempt to diagnose and resolve your issue remotely first.

Receive your RMA number
If the device needs to come in for physical repair, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is mandatory — packages received without a visible RMA number on the outside will not be accepted.

Back up your data
Before sending your device, back up all data and perform a factory reset. Reboot Systems is not responsible for data loss during transit or repair. Data recovery is not included under this warranty.

Pack and courier freight-prepaid
Pack the device securely in its original packaging if possible. Write the RMA number clearly on the outer package. Ship freight-prepaid (you pay the outward courier cost). We do not accept COD shipments.

Repair, replacement & return
Once received, we evaluate and either repair the device or replace it with an equivalent. We then ship it back to you at no charge. Replacement warranty runs through the end of your original warranty period.

Ship to the address confirmed when your RMA is issued. Never ship to the manufacturer. Shipping address is provided with the RMA — do not send before receiving it.

Our liability under this Limited Warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement as described above. We assume no risk of, and shall not be liable for, any special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to:

  • Loss of goodwill, profits, or revenue
  • Loss of use of the product or associated equipment
  • Cost of substitute equipment, facilities, or services
  • Downtime costs or claims of any third party
  • Failure to maintain confidentiality of data stored on the product

Items attached to or added to the product after purchase will not be returned or reinstalled on a replacement.

Back-to-bench means that if your device develops a hardware fault, you courier it to our service centre — we don't send a technician to your location. We evaluate, repair or replace, and ship it back to you. You bear the one-way courier cost to us; we cover the return shipment at no charge to you.

No. Any unauthorised repair attempt — by anyone other than Reboot or our authorised service agents — will void your warranty entirely. This includes opening the device, swapping internal components, or modifying hardware in any way, unless our technicians specifically instructed you to do so in writing.

No. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. It is valid only within India and only for the duration of the original warranty period from the original purchase date.

No. The replacement unit is warranted through the end of the original warranty period, not for a new 6-month term. For example, if your original warranty had 3 months remaining when the replacement was issued, the replacement unit is covered for those same 3 remaining months.
