You may return a product within 14 days of the invoice date. We accept returns in two situations — defective items and non-defective items — each with different cost implications.

We want to be completely transparent. Here is exactly what each return scenario costs:
Defective return (within 14 days)

Example: ₹22,000 purchase, ₹250 original delivery, ₹500 handling fee → refund of ₹21,250 minus your return shipping cost.
Once the 14-day window closes, refunds are no longer available. However, your device remains protected under our 6-month back-to-bench warranty for hardware defects.
Legal terms
To receive a full refund, items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received, with all accessories, documentation, and original packaging. Reboot Systems India Private Limited will notify the customer of the refund or replacement decision following inspection.
For non-defective returns, a handling fee of ₹500 and the original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund. Reboot reserves the right to charge a further deduction where items are returned in a used, incomplete, or damaged condition. Reboot reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy, and to limit returns for customers with a history of excessive or abusive return activity.
Reboot Systems India Private Limited is not responsible for any data lost or damaged during transit or inspection. Data backup and factory reset before dispatch are the customer's sole responsibility.
Yes, but it comes with costs. Non-defective returns are accepted within 14 days if the device is completely unused, in original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact. You will be charged:
- ₹500 flat handling fee
- Original outward shipping cost (deducted from your refund)
- Return shipping (your cost to send it back to us)
Devices that have been powered on, set up, or personalised are not eligible for non-defective returns.
For a confirmed defective return, the only cost to you is the inward shipping charge to send the device back to us. We cover return delivery of your refund/replacement. The original delivery charge from your order is not refunded.
If the inspection finds no defect, the non-defective return charges (₹500 + both-way shipping) will apply instead.

Yes. Within the 14-day return window you can choose either a full refund or a replacement unit. Replacements are equal to or better than your original device and dispatched within 7–10 working days of approval. If the exact model is unavailable, we'll substitute a comparable unit that meets or exceeds the original specification.
Log out of all personal accounts (Google, Microsoft, iCloud, etc.) before dispatch. This protects your privacy and speeds up our inspection process.
Yes. Our 6-month back-to-bench warranty covers hardware defects from day 15 through month 6 from purchase. We'll repair the device or replace it with an equal or better unit. Refunds are not available past the 14-day window, but hardware protection continues through the full warranty period.
