You may return a product within 14 days of the invoice date. We accept returns in two situations — defective items and non-defective items — each with different cost implications.

For a full refund the device must be: unused and in the same condition as received · all accessories, charger, and documentation included · in original packaging · returned within 14 days from invoice date.

Non-defective return (change of mind, wrong choice)

Non-defective returns are accepted at our discretion. The device must be completely unused, sealed or in original condition, with all accessories and packaging. Used, activated, or personalised devices will not be accepted for non-defective returns.

Example: ₹22,000 purchase, ₹250 original delivery, ₹500 handling fee → refund of ₹21,250 minus your return shipping cost.

We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) return shipments. All returns must be sent freight-prepaid to the address provided with your RMA number.

Submit a return request & get your RMA
If a return is necessary, complete the online Return Request form or request it by phone. We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is mandatory and must be written clearly on the outside of the package. Packages without an RMA will be refused.

Pack carefully & back up your data
Back up all personal data and perform a factory reset before packing. Pack the device in its original packaging with all accessories, charger, and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outer package. Reboot is not responsible for data lost during transit or inspection.

Ship freight-prepaid to us
Send the package to the address provided with your RMA. Use a tracked courier service and retain your tracking number. We do not accept COD shipments. Inadequate packaging resulting in transit damage may affect your refund.

Inspection & decision
On receipt, we inspect the item and email you a decision — full refund, partial refund, replacement, or explanation of ineligibility — within 3–4 working days. For ambiguous cases, a technician evaluation will be conducted; the technician's report is final.

Refund or replacement issued
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–15 working days. Replacement units are dispatched within 7–10 working days of approval and are of equal or greater specification.

We inspect the item and notify you by email — approved, partial, or declined — with full reasoning.

UPI and net banking transfers tend to be at the faster end. Card refunds may take up to 15 days depending on your bank.

If you opt for a replacement, the unit is dispatched with free tracked delivery. Exact or better specification guaranteed.

Once the 14-day window closes, refunds are no longer available. However, your device remains protected under our 6-month back-to-bench warranty for hardware defects.

FAQ Common questions

Yes, but it comes with costs. Non-defective returns are accepted within 14 days if the device is completely unused, in original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact. You will be charged:

  • ₹500 flat handling fee
  • Original outward shipping cost (deducted from your refund)
  • Return shipping (your cost to send it back to us)

Devices that have been powered on, set up, or personalised are not eligible for non-defective returns.

For a confirmed defective return, the only cost to you is the inward shipping charge to send the device back to us. We cover return delivery of your refund/replacement. The original delivery charge from your order is not refunded.

If the inspection finds no defect, the non-defective return charges (₹500 + both-way shipping) will apply instead.

Every device passes 16 quality checkpoints before dispatch. Most issues reported after delivery are software or setup-related, not hardware faults.

We'll issue an RMA number that must appear clearly on the outer packaging. We will not accept packages without a valid RMA.

  • Inspection & decision: 3–4 working days after we receive the item
  • Refund credited: 7–15 working days after approval (UPI/bank faster, cards up to 15 days)
  • Replacement dispatch: 7–10 working days after approval

Yes. Within the 14-day return window you can choose either a full refund or a replacement unit. Replacements are equal to or better than your original device and dispatched within 7–10 working days of approval. If the exact model is unavailable, we'll substitute a comparable unit that meets or exceeds the original specification.

Log out of all personal accounts (Google, Microsoft, iCloud, etc.) before dispatch. This protects your privacy and speeds up our inspection process.

Yes. Our 6-month back-to-bench warranty covers hardware defects from day 15 through month 6 from purchase. We'll repair the device or replace it with an equal or better unit. Refunds are not available past the 14-day window, but hardware protection continues through the full warranty period.
