What "refurbished" means at Reboot:
• Products may show minor cosmetic wear such as light scratches, scuffs, or marks • Internal components may have been repaired, replaced, or upgraded • Batteries are tested for functionality but may not match the performance of a new device • Accessories (charger, cable, etc.) may be compatible alternatives, not original, unless stated • Packaging is functional but may not be original branded packaging

We ensure all products meet our functional quality standards before dispatch. However, we do not represent or warrant that products are in “as new” condition.
3. Pricing & Availability
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change without prior notice due to market conditions, supplier pricing, or corrections.
• Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.
Order Cancellation by Reboot
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:
• Pricing errors or technical errors on the listing
• Stock unavailability after order placement
• Suspected fraudulent activity or policy violations
In all such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within applicable timelines.
4. Payments & EMI
We offer multiple payment options including prepaid (cards, UPI, net banking), Cash on Delivery (where available), and EMI through third-party financing providers.
4.1 EMI & Financing
EMI and financing options are facilitated by third-party financial institutions (NBFCs and banks). Please note:
• All EMI plans are subject to approval by the financing partner
• Interest rates, processing fees, and repayment terms are set solely by the financing provider
• Reboot has no control over, and accepts no liability for, loan approvals, rejections, interest charges, or repayment disputes
• By opting for EMI, you enter into a separate agreement with the financing provider
Please review the terms of your financing provider before proceeding.
4.2 Payment Failures
• If a transaction fails after a debit has occurred, the amount will be refunded as per your bank’s timelines (typically 5–7 business days).
• Reboot is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways, banking systems, or network issues.
• If a refund is not received within 10 business days, please contact us at estore@reboot.co.in.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation from Reboot.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:
• Unusual order quantities or suspected bulk/resale purchasing
• History of excessive returns or COD order non-acceptance
• Incorrect or unverifiable customer details
• System or pricing errors
• Suspected fraud or misuse
If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and a full refund will be processed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Ownership and risk of the product transfer to you upon successful delivery.
• Reboot is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen logistics disruptions.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Reboot will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

7. Returns & Refunds
We offer a limited return and refund policy for eligible products. Key conditions include:
• Returns are accepted only for functional defects reported within the defined return window
• Cosmetic issues (scratches, scuffs, etc.) are not grounds for a return, as these are disclosed at the time of purchase
• Products must be returned in their original condition with all included accessories

8. Warranty
Where a warranty is provided, it is limited in scope and governed solely by our Warranty Policy. The warranty:

• Does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
• Reboot’s total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
• Reboot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
• These limitations apply regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim.
10. Acceptable Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
• Misrepresent your identity or use false information when placing orders
