Order Processing
- We Ship from New Delhi / Surat (Gujarat)
- We process orders with-in 2-3 business days (Excluding weekends and holidays)
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at estore@reboot.co.in We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask you to re-submit your order
Shipping Policy
In-Store Pick-up
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Surat and New Delhi. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will contact you via email / text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you when your order is ready along with instructions.
Local Delivery
- Free local delivery is available for orders over INR 25,000.00 within city areas of Surat and New Delhi. For orders under INR 25,000, we charge INR 1000.00 for local delivery.
- Deliveries are made from 11:00 to 17:00 on Monday-Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Nation-wide Delivery
- Currently we are shipping to select pin-codes only across the country – India.
- Shipping charges are based on the package – size and weight and shall reflect at the time of check-out.
- In general our shipping partners confirm 3 to 8 days for delivery time but this could be longer based on your location or other affecting conditions. We do not take responsibility for the same.
